The Nashik Smart City Corporation has extended the June deadline for the completion of 171 projects to December. The projects include the development of roads, public toilets, and smart city infrastructure.

As per the information, the corporation has said that the extension was granted due to delays in the procurement of materials and the execution of work. The corporation has also said that it is working to fast-track the completion of the projects.

The 171 projects are part of the Smart Cities Mission. The Nashik Smart City Corporation has so far completed 92 projects under the mission. The remaining 89 projects are expected to be completed by December.

The conclusion of these projects will contribute to the city of Nashik's infrastructure and lifestyle improvements. The initiatives include building roads, public restrooms, and smart city infrastructure like smart parking, smart trash management, and smart street lighting.
