Smart Cities is a holistic integration of several programs

Smart cities should not be viewed as a program in isolation. It is rathr a holistic integration of many programs and from that perspective the participation by different stakeholder groups including the partners that provides not only innovation but solution, business model and financing is the key, says Chanana at BW Businessworld Smart Cities Conclave 2017.
