The Central Government issued appointment orders for  20 officers to the post of Joint Secretary in various ministries and departments.

1. D Senthil Pandiyan (IAS 2002-Batch) has been assigned the post of Joint Secretary, Ministry of AYUSH.
2. Nirupama Kotru (IRS IT 1992-Batch) has been posted as Joint Secretary and FA, Ministry of Coal.
3. Bhaskar Verma (ICAS 1995-Batch) will take over as Member Secretary, National Monuments Authority (NMA), Ministry of Culture.
4. Lily Pandeya (IRPS 1998-Batch) will assume the post of Joint Secretary, Ministry of Culture.
5. Mayank Tewari (IRSME 1993-Batch) gets the charge of Joint Secretary, Department of Defence.
6. Nazli Jafri Shayin (IA&AS 1999-Batch) has been posted as Additional Financial Adviser and Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Defence (Finance).
7. Indira Murthy (CSS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Earth Sciences.
8. Manisha Sinha (IPoS 1992-Batch) has been assigned the charge of Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs.
9. Ashish Vachhani (IAS 1997-Batch) has been given the post of Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs.
10. Sandhya Bhullar (IAS 2003-Batch) will take over as Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs.
11. Bhuvnesh Kumar (IAS 1995-Batch) will assume the charge of Joint Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
12. Patibandla Ashok Babu (IAS 2003-Batch) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare.
13. Jeetendra Singh (IRSEE 1993-Batch) has been given the post of Joint Secretary, Department of Heavy Industry.
14. Sumant Singh (IAS 2003-Batch) has been assigned the post of Joint Secretary, Department of Home Affairs.
15. Sanjiv Shankar (IRS-IT 1993-Batch) will assume the post of Joint Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
16. Manoj Kumar (IRS-IT 1994-Batch) has been posted as Joint Secretary, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management.
17. Veena Tamta Bhatia (IOFS 1988-Batch) has been appointed as Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner (Headquarters), EPFO under the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
18. Sonmoni Borah (IAS 1999-Batch) has been assigned the post of Joint Secretary, Department of Land Resources.
19. Som Dutt Sharma (CSS) has been given the post of Director, Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM), Department of Personnel and Training.
20. Sanjeeb Kumar Mishra (IAS 1997-Batch) has been appointed as Secretary-cum-Controller of Examination, National Recruitment Agency (NRA) under the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).
